We are Lara and Nicole, your facilitators of this group.

Our goal is to use our knowledge to guide you towards a healthier, stronger, more flexible body that continues to serve you throughout your life.

We have been blessed in being able to work with older adults ranging between ages 50-103 years old, almost on a daily basis, for the past 6 years.

We have seen first hand how the mind and body can deteriorate over time without continuous exercise, stretches and proper nutrition.

Together we can help you lose excess belly fat, regain your energy, strengthen your muscles/joints all while still enjoying a great quality of life with your loved ones.
